The company I work for switched over to action apparel for all of our work clothing needs just over a year ago. It was a good move for us on several levels. Their staff does a nice job working with us to ensure our needs are always met. They do their best with special requests, and always get our orders completed quickly. More than anything they have saved us money on our uniform budget. They do screen printing and embroidery on t-shirts, polo shirts, hats, jackets, coats, etc. Lots of choices to be had and there are samples on site for many of those items. Great quality, and amazing customer service! I showed up at 4pm to pick up some shirts before a flight out the next morning. Unfortunately, they weren't what we were looking for (no fault of theirs). They stayed late and reprinted the entire batch so I could pick them up first thing in the morning. Way above and beyond what I expected! Thanks guys!

I have used Action for dozens of t shirt orders and a few odds and ends over the years. Each and every time I am greeted like an old friend and no matter how quickly I need to get my order done (at times my planning ahead was less that great) they have had it on or before the date I needed. I've never been disappointed. The staff and owners truly take care of you.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Fair selection of items in store for viewing but catalogs of items are available. They do both screening and embroidery on pretty much everything. I have gotten logos on t-shirts and embroidery on polos and dress shirts and have been happy with both. They have been able to rush orders in less than a week but standard time is usually about two. Pricing seems about industry standard not really cheap nor unusually expensive.
