Overley's was established in 1959 and headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona as one of Arizona's first hazardous waste transporters.
Mr. Porter is the Owner and President of Overley's bringing over 20 years of Construction and Project Management experience in civil and environmental construction. Apart from Dan's leadership guiding the success of Overley's, Mr. Porter is committed to providing a safe work environment for all its employees.
Overley's will not compromise accident and injury prevention efforts to increase profits or productivity. Overley's employees take responsibility to make safety their top priority while on our projects. Their commitment is to work safely and use all precautions necessary to assure a safe working environment.
Whether it's cleanup of contaminated sites, former landfills or abandonment of mine site, restoring the environment to its original beauty is a goal Overley's shares with property owner and the residents of the community. Sometimes this is accomplished through erosion control measures, hydroseeding and revegetation or by simply re-establishing rock features and grading to match existing slopes and contours at the site.
Our end dumps can haul up to 22 tons of material and can be dumped onsite or at land fills. They can be used for either hazardous or non-hazardous material. We have an extensive fleet and experienced operators, which give our clients industry-leading service on their job sites day in and day out. We've been providing our trustworthy end dump fleet to the Southwest since 1959 and will continue to give top-of-the-line service and support.

Garth and his son showed up on time and were fast, efficient, and professional. The bottom of my tank was spotless! They took the time to educate me on all my misconceptions regarding septic inspections and cleaning. Denise was a great help pulling up my original septic permit in seconds. Its great to see a family business do such a great job. I recommend them to anyone who needs their expertise. Thank you guys!

These guys are honest and professional from the first phone call through the final invoice. They definitely went above and beyond the call of duty with service and go the extra mile to ensure the job is completed excellently. During my service, a sprinkler was inadvertently (and unknowingly) broken. Overley's came back out, on their own time, to make sure I was completely satisfied by repairing the sprinkler...which they are not even liable for. Top notch from start to finish.
