Superior Pavement Maintenance is an asphalt paving contractor with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial property maintenance. MasterSeal tm replenishes the asphalt binder that is lost through weathering and aging, and provides superior protection against environmental distress.

You can’t go wrong with these guys! We got four estimates to fill is our asphalt cracks and then sealcoat the driveway. Superior’s estimate included detailed info on what materials they would use and why along with an explanation of how they would do it. They even steered us away from a second coat we thought we needed. How honest is that! Their price was the best also.
From start to finish Ray Lopez and Filipe Marquez will take good care. They take real pride in the work they do and it really shows. As a result, they are quite busy. Be sure to book them in advance! It was a terrific experience
