Professional. Thorough. Fast results.
I came here with a bad ear infection. I’ve had it recently looked at by another clinic who was not able to solve my issue.
These wonderful folks had me in and out and FIXED my issue in under an hour.
Furthermore they were able to squeeze me in with very little notice. I cannot recommend it them enough!
THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

I had the worst doctor office experience EVER today. I actually walked out in the middle of my appointment because Dr. Hoggard made me feel so uncomfortable. First, she said if she DISCUSSED one of my concerns that the appointment would most likely be at least $300 extra. Which seems weird considering it was a physical and she ASKED me what concerns I had. She couldn't even talk about it?!? I went on thinking that's super weird but just stayed the course. Then after answering multiple questions I pulled my mask down to take a quick sip of water and swiftly pulled it back up over my nose. She snapped

Dr. Hoggard's first question to me was what brought me to her, I told her I needed to establish a family Dr. and needed a referral to a specialist. After asking me the same questions I answered on her forms she was recommending every type of Doctor, test, shot, Etc. When I explained those things are important but want to take care of the reason I came to her first and take care of other things later due to my crazy work schedule and having so many appointments she became agitated, She raised her voice once or twice very angrily and seemed to want to argue about everything I was stressing to her

After eight years on the island, I have never established myself with a primary care physician. I always bee-bop among the Walk-In Clinics. One is trying to sell you Botox, the other stem cells.
With the possibility of having some surgery, I felt it time to get serious. I met with Dr. Loftis today. I am overwhelmed! At almost 60 years of age , I have not had a lengthy appointment like that since I was 12. He is truly an honest, ingenious, kind, caring physician and is funny.

Extremely helpful. The entire front office stepped in to help me. Allison came from the back to give me eye to eye contact. She stepped right in to say she would personally take care of my situation caused by the Banana River office who would not return my calls. She said she would call me by closing and she DID! I will try to transfer by records to this office.

Ever since I moved to cocoa, I was searching for the right pcp, and then I found Nikki Venzara. She has amazing bedside manner, is always willing to listen and takes her time with you at every visit. She’s is willing to help you every step of the way, and I couldn’t ask for more of a attentive doctor, a doctor who remembers you, doesn’t see you as a number or forgets who you are like other doctors I’ve seen in the past.
I would highly recommend Dr.Venzara to any of my friends and family members.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. First time getting labs done, they lost my labs and I had to come back and get them done again. The second time they sent me out for labs to be done with the wrong orders and this happened again for a third time. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she was rude & talked over me, the staff is very rude in general, I have never been treated so poorly. My medical needs were not met, I still haven’t received a call from the medical director in regards to my issue. This office and the staff are obviously incompetent when it comes to taking care of patients

Went in for my annual checkup. Was given lab work to get done. Received a bill for a regular visit rather than a physical, which my insurance would've covered 100% of. I paid it and went back for results. They said they would refer me to a specialist. Weeks later still hadn't heard anything so I checked into making myself an appointment with a specialist. Decided to hold off & wait until after beginning of the year so it would go towards my new deductible that I'd planned on meeting. A month or so later I received a letter saying they no longer accepted my insurance. Fine, no biggie. New year comes
