I called Colorado Chimney and Duct to sweep the stove pipe for our wood stove. A woman called me back promptly and said she had a cancellation for the next day and could fit me in. I appreciated the prompt service considering it’s fall. She said I’ll give you our summer rate since you are a new customer.
Two guys arrived the next day to sweep the stove pipe. They were frazzled and complained everything has been going wrong that day. They swept the chimney and helped problem solve a down draft issue. They finished up quickly and left. I thought everything was fine, only to find the next night
