Purchased a home and needed homeowners insurance. Got quotes from all the major and smaller insurance agencies.
A friend suggested getting a quote from Rocco at state farm..
So I Called State Farm and Johnathan answered. He stated that Rocco wasn't in but he helped me with the info needed for the quote.
Also got a text from Rocco letting me know that Johnathan would give him all the info for the quote. But he also suggested getting my auto insurance thru them also. Told him that I've been with GEICO for over 20yrs and if his rate was better I would switch.
Got my quotes in less than 24hrs.

I was with state farm 15yrs in NY with excellent service and no issues. I moved to NJ and to this office and its taking months to sort out my car insurance. Which never happened because i switched insurance. Also their website is glitchy and the customer service is awful. It's way too easy to switch, then to put up with this!

I'm reading the reviews that are currently listed. I've been a customer with Rocco Fasulo's location for over a year now.
When Hannah was there, their mission statement was being sought out. Now, I feel their quality of service has fallen off.
The last few times I dealt with the Account Representative, she was quick to say that's not something they do and call
the 1800 #. With my last state farm agent (back in NY, and including Hannah that was w/ Rocco Fasulo), she knew me when
I called, they were always there to help and be willing to listen. I never dealt with the corporate #. Now it seems

Hello Hannah, changing from one insurance company to another can be taxing, to say the least. Most people probably don't, so they stay with the company they started with for some time. I for one, hate the thought of doing this task. However, from a mailer received from State Farm, and I did get one from Costco, but did not contact them, no one wants to be on the phone about insurance, and I called you first. Hannah was great. Totally understanding that I had kids in the background doing virtual learning. Gave great examples of why x is important to get. Had no trouble understanding her as she explained with great detail! Hands down the best person I’ve spoken to about insurances. And also very affordable.

I absolutely would recommend Rocco casullo State Farm agent Hannah to take care of your insurance needs!!! I personally have a lot going on right now.... Hannah was super friendly very professional and did her very best to get me exactly what I needed!@ Not only did I obtain homeowners insurance, but I ended up transferring my automobile insurance to State Farm and bundled and saved a lot with better coverage!!! It was refreshing to know that people still are good at their jobs and obviously Hannah likes what she's doing!! Thank you Hannah, can't wait to stop in and say hello!
