There are so many companies out there in water business. It was very difficult for me to pick the right one for my family.
Thankfully, I found CR water through recommendations, the first conversation I had with Cindi was more like chatting with a friend who generally cares about your wellbeing rather than speaking to a total stranger who is trying to sell their products.
She took my questions very serious, she was able to answer most of them, she had Curtis call me back the same afternoon and made sure I got all of my questions answered.
Throughout both conversations they never tried to push

Perfect fix to my incorrectly setup water softener and whole house filter. Only took Curtis a few minutes to diagnose the problems then quickly fixed the issues so I now get soft + clean water automatically. He also took the time to explain some of the equations that govern size of water softener, water hardness and gallon capacity until regeneration! Terrific service!

After spending a lot for maintenance on our Kinetico we replaced the entire softener, and R/O, for what Kinetico wanted just to service their softener. We are very pleased and happy with Curtis' honesty and reliability. His business is located in Comfort, but he does a lot of work in San Antonio. We highly recommend him, and I'd give him six stars if I could. Normally I don't recommend people, but Curtis is an exception.
