My father has been with this agency for more than year now and we have found them to be very professional and responsible. We have had a number of caregivers over the past year, and they have all been very professional and reliable. For the few times that we had a caregiver that did not fit with my father, I called the agency and they were quick to rectify the situation. The agency has been very responsive to our needs and I am very pleased with the services they provide my father.

Great place to work! I'm an employee of alzheimer's and dementia for a couple years, the staff and caregivers are very professional and courteous, they are highly experienced to deal with different types of needs of the elderly, flexibility in hours and staffing to accommodate the client and family. I worked for this company while I was in nursing school, and sadly my time with them has come to an end as I leave to work as a nurse in the hospital setting. It has been a pleasure to care for the patients as well as work for such a supportive and friendly staff. They constantly put the patient’s needs and happiness first, whilst being able to adjust to my student schedule. We have received top notch personalized care for my mother-in-law! Marianne and company really know what it takes to make everyone comfortable with the process of taking the home care path for families touched by Alzheimer's disease. MaryAnn and her staff are warm and compassionate, providing excellent care to all their clients. I have work with this company for years. If you are looking for a great long term trustworthy company for services or employment. I highly recommend Help at Home! Help at home has the most caring team of advanced Alzheimer’s and Dementia workers. Furthermore, they truly value their clients. Although, unlikely but if for any reason you are not happy with your aide or services they will fix it most of the time that same day. You simply won’t find this type of care anywhere else in Connecticut or surrounding area.

We switched to Help at Home for my 89 year old mother's care about a year ago and my siblings and I could not be happier. Her helper is professional and attentive to all of my mother's needs. My mother is still active, but has some memory loss, and Harriet provides just the right amount of attention to get my mother through her day.
