Make no mistake: Bankruptcy is not a be-all and end-all perfect solution for struggling debtors. Some bankruptcy attorneys may lead you to believe this. You may even mistakenly assume that Brian D. Williams, a Houston area bankruptcy attorney, will advise you this way. That is not how this law firm works.
Wills and trusts are not only for the wealthy, and they are not only for elderly people. Death can come at any time, and managing one's lifetime resources is simply a smart thing to do. A family needs to be able to carry on after the loss of a loved one of any age. Anyone with family or assets of any kind needs to consider how to provide for an orderly transfer of assets after a death.
If you worked or had taxable income in any of the years, you should file for that year or those years. If you are due a refund, you waive (give up) that refund if you wait too long to file your return. That means that the refund will not be applied to a year that tax is due. Even if you don't owe taxes for a year that you had taxable income, you should file.

It was a pleasure working with Brian and Linda. I had a very intricate case with a lot of twists and turns and I feel like they navigated them with ease. Brian really, really knows the law and helped me get everything I desired out of my case. Linda is hysterical and made every meeting a fun environment. Whatever problem you may have I highly recommend you give Brian a chance to solve it for you. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Very frustrating experience, lack of professionalism with no follow up what so ever. We would chase all of the paperwork and dates down and then would get charged to just inquire on the status of what we were chasing.
I loved the previous comment on "Going to Denny's and paying the bill while making the food yourself" . That is an accurate comparison. Trust me, this is not the Lawyer you are looking for. At the end we paid over 120% more than what was quoted and stated as " An open and shut case with no gotchas"

Its even worse than the other reviews are posting about this firm. My experience was awful. I went in to see Mr. Williams by paying a $100 for 30min which is normal for any firm. He went through the normal, listen to what I needed, handed me the paperwork I needed to fill out, and here is what it will cost. 1st issue being he did not elaborate or explain the reasoning behind the paperwork or why I would need it. Next when I was getting the paperwork given filled out I found out that I didn't need to go through him to get the paperwork he had given me and found ways to get it for free by doing it

I inquired about pricing for a will through the website and asked to be contacted via email. I was called instead. Then the lady was pushy about scheduling an appointment when I was just asking about their fee schedule and what it takes to get a will in place. The last straw was when I told the lady I would call back after I spoke with my husband and I was told, and I quote, "drive safely since you don't have a will!"
What on earth????!! You DON'T say that to someone. How incredibly rude and awful. I would have considered this firm but after that you have got to be kidding me. Whoever this lady

I would put 0 stars if I could. I had an issue on my Divorce, so I called this man cause he was close by. I was told by his wife 100.00 for 1 Hr. I get there he keeps his eye on his clock and so do I every time he looks at it. he has his arms crossed and if I put a paper in front of him to ask a question he would look at it without even sitting forward in his chair, and reply you should have had a lawyer when you got divorced. duh.... should have could have didn't, it was dumb but what do I do now. as soon as we hit a few minutes in the second half Hr he says well if you want to hire me it
