The Properties Division has roots back to the 1960s, and today has evolved into over 900,000 square feet of commercial real estate, owned and leased by Hampton Enterprises in eight developments across Lincoln, Nebraska. Because relationships matter to Hampton. Leases are more than business arrangements - they are the start of a long-standing relationship.
The Construction Division's history goes back to the very beginning of Hampton Enterprises in 1947. Throughout that time we have constructed nearly every type of building: laboratories, schools, movie theaters, arenas, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, dental, medical, churches, grocery stores, restaurants, retail and offices.
This position is responsible for the timely and profitable completion of all assigned construction, for creating and maintaining the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and the supervision of all personnel performing any work related functions on the project. This position will serve as a contact to provide direction and organizational leadership through every aspect of the construction process.
In addition to our leadership team serving on a variety of organization's governing boards and directly providing financial support to organizations around Lincoln, Hampton Enterprises has contributed more than $1,000,000 to The Hampton Family Foundation.
Joe and Marge Hampton started the Foundation - a non-profit 501c(3) to enhance the opportunities for success for the youth and families in Lincoln - "A hand up, not a handout" as Joe was fond of saying.While Hampton Enterprises provides financial support of the Foundation, the Foundation has its own board of directors and functions independent of Hampton Enterprises.
