Joe's World Famous Pizzeria

Our family stopped at Joe's on our way back to Nashville. The kids loved watching Joe throw the dough and he was so friendly. Great pizza!
We plan to stop there again the next time we head down I-65.

This is one of, if not the best pizza/pasta restaurant(s) in North AL. You can always expect great food and prices, as well as friendly service. Definitely our favorite pizza eatery! We drive a little over an hour round trip and always come home eager for our next visit! Thanks Joe, keep up the great work!

The Experience here was Awesome.! I had the Meat Supreme Pizza which was so good.! The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was the Best I've Ever Had.! The Wings are Great and the Food is Of Great Quality.! The best part was Joe, who was very nice and welcoming.! We had an awesome time and will definitely be back.!!!

We went here because we saw it on TV and thought it was worth a try. First, it's a hole in a wall. The inside is generally beat up and doesn't seem very well kept, even for Athens. Food took a little longer than we expected, especially when compared to Earth Stone Wood Fire Pizza in Madison. The service was definitely sub-par for a restaurant that is supposed to be "the place to go". Prices are high, as you would expect for being on TV. The owner, Joe, was texting on his phone the whole time we were there. He didn't seem very friendly or courteous when we needed a refund after the cashier didn

Super nice guy. Came for lunch at around 11:30 and we were the only ones here. He gave the kids dough to play with and they made their own pizzas. They had an amazing time. The ones we ordered were delicious too.

I got a flyer in the Mail From Joe's Famous Pizza and was glad to find another delivery restaurant in my area. This past week end I ordered three Pizza's, one small pepperoni, large cheese and a large one with everything on it.
I was told my order would be delivered in 45 minutes, 2 hours later it finally arrived and was cold. the driver apologized for the delayed service and cold pizza and then handed me a bill for $49.00.
Do I need to detail how disappointed I was? Do yourself a favor if you want a hot pizza delivered to your home go somewhere else. This pizza and service was Awful!

Joe's is such an amazing resturaunt. My father frequented the establishment quite a few times before I have had a chance. He also speaks of how good the food is. I have finally had my taste and it is much better than I could have imagined. The food is fresh and has an amazing taste! They definitely beat out every other place in Athens. The service is amazing and the price is perfect for the quality! I will definitely refer friends to this establishment.

Best Pizzaria in the South, and possibly the Nation. (The guy has literally won an award for best pizza in the nation.) Very clean and comfortable atmosphere, quick and personable service, and absolutely delicious food at a reasonable price. If you're on the fence about it, give Joe's a try. It's a Quality spot.
