When I was in Palm Beach FL :) I tried this company Metro Taxi and they are all professional I've been using them everyday when I was in the place for 6 months :). The customer service representative and the dispatch that I'm talking with is very helpful and professional as well. They are on time as well and the driver who picked me up was very nice and accommodating. I really recommend this service in Palm Beach not only in Palm Beach but they will cater Delray, Boca, West Palm, Lake worth and Boynton. Highly recommended services. Good Job guys!!

My husband who is an airline pilot reached the tri rail station and no cab despite calling in advance . When he called them again to send a cab from the station they said that there is no dispatcher as she is out for lunch . He kept calling and being told that dispatcher is still having lunch can’t send the cab . Eventually he had to call Uber .
Never have I ever heard of such gross unprofessionalism anywhere in the world . Where is our country heading ? Deterioration of service is painful to watch.

I would never use this service again. The driver was so rude and disrespectful. Unprofessional they way he spoke to me. A car was requested in advance for 3:00pm and the driver apparently arrived 2:30pm.The uneducated driver expected the patron to pay for him arriving 30 minutes earlier. I spoke to the supervisor and I was not impressed how he spoke to his supervisor. The driver apparently has anger issues. Finally the driver sped off fast. Please consider using another safer company than metro taxi..

Beware of this Taxi company, their drivers are the worst. I got cut off by a very careless driver just now on Atlantic Avenue and Congress Avenue. This irresponsible man was not only on the phone while driving but did not use his signals to make lane changes. I lower my window to talk to him and he started cursing at me, he was an older white haired man wearing dark sunglasses. I would never hire them.

I called to be picked up and the dispatcher told me a 10-15 wait maybe even less. 30 minutes later I call back demanding what the problem is. Apparently the cab that was supposed to pick me up was being held by the previous passenger and will not be available for ANOTHER 30minutes. I understand a 10 even 15 minute hold up, but an hour?! This is ridiculous! The dispatcher was very rude when I had asked "i couldnt have been told of this before?" All she said was NO. Rude and disrespectful of other people's time. Never again. This should be put out of business or a new dispatcher

Please don't trust this service. First, one driver became frustrated when he couldn't find where he was going and left 2 teenagers a mile from the school party they were so excited to attend. They never made it and had to take 2 buses home. The same night, they didn't even show up for another family. Several messages have been left for management with no call back.

I took their taxi from Boca Raton to Fort Lauderdale airport. An Uber would have cost me $35 with tip. A limo I had taken before cost $75.00 including tip. The meter cost of the Metro taxi was $102.50. Their on line "Fair Estimator" says the ride should have cost. $57.00. I called twice to discuss and was told I would get a call back. They never called me back. I will never use them again and you shouldn't etiher.

I was visiting Boca Raton from New York City. I used Metro Taxi from the Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton to LA Fitness in Delray Beach. Price was very fair. Drivers both ways were friendly but did have about 10 minute wait to take me back to the hotel. Otherwise good service. Would have given 5 stars if wait was reduced.

My Dad has been wheelchair / scooter bound for a year now, and has not left his living community to go out to eat, or anything other than doctor appointments. He planned a big surprise party for my mom's 86th birthday, making reservations, and calling friends, and setting up handicapped transport with Metro, all 2 weeks in advance. This was a really big deal, party of 11, hopefully paving the way for more outings. Dad called Metro 2 days before, confirming arrangements, and was assured all was in place. I made arrangements to be picked up and they arrived 45 minute late. I called when they were 15 minutes late and they said the driver was on his way. Soon after I got a call from the driver who said he was 5 minutes away. Thankfully, I had alternate transportation so I left after another 15 minutes passed. He finally arrived 45 minutes late but it was too late for me. So unfortunate. I will never call them again. 45 minutes is just too long.

Taxi driver drove the meter to almost Forty Dollars ($39.46) on a two point three mile (2.3 mile) run.
Rate was three something for the flag drop and with a two something per quarter mile.
Driver said he knew exactly where we were going as he drove circles around the destination. I pulled out my GPS to direct him exactly

I reserved a taxi to take me to the airport the following day. They never showed up. I called to ask what happened and they were unapologetic, saying, "he'll be there in a few minutes." About 5 minutes later, they called again to ask my address. I told them to forget it and woke up my wife and young son to take me to the airport.

I called 45 minutes in advance to have my husband and son picked up from the hospital emergency room. Pick up was scheduled for 6:10 am on a Sat so I can't imagine they were super busy. I called at 6:10 to see where they were, as they had not arrived yet. I spoke with an incredibly rude man who then transferred me to somebody saying their driver would be 8 minutes late. After 15 minutes, I called back. I told the woman it was well past the time I scheduled and that it was important my son and husband were picked up as they were at the HOSPITAL. I reiterated location 3 times and importance
