We came to Lake Family Dental after an awful, extremely stressful experience for my son at another dentist. Dr. Suh was so thorough, kind and gracious with my son during his exam and cleaning. I truly appreciate him taking the time to get to know my son a bit and talk him through the process. My son left with a huge smile on his face which was such a relief after the experience with the previous dentist! Very glad we found Lake Family Dental for our family! 5 stars!

Lake Family Dental was one of the most bizarre and inappropriate medical experiences I have ever had. I initially came there for a toothache. A couple of days later I developed an even worse toothache on a different tooth. The doctor agreed to see me. He made some recommendations, but then told me he wouldn’t be able to see me for a month despite my being in pain. Pain is always grounds for an immediate visit. Whatever the reason for not seeing me again, the lack of attention to pain was unethical and bad medicine, especially after to agreeing to see me a second time.

I had really high hopes going to this dentist as far as honesty and quality of care goes. I am left disgusted and disappointed.
Three years ago I put my trust in this dentist and allowed him to place crowns on my top front teeth. One broke after 3 months which they replaced without charging me too much (I was charged a lab fee) the second crown broke off with my tooth after 3 years. The insurance did not pick up the bill since they have 5 year waiting period. 4 months later I received a bill for over $1000. When I tried to resolve the problem with them I was informed that I had bad teeth to begin

I was hesitant about writing this negative review for the reason that the entire staff treated me nicely as a person. A while ago the office tried to deliver non-working partial denture which I returned to them. They did nothing to compensate me for thousands of dollars I spent with the office. I cannot recommend Dr. Ryung Suh due to his inability to resolve issues
