Had topend of my 2009 IQ 800 rebuilt here. Took them over two months to get it done. Recently took ot on a snowmobile trip and the check wngine light flashes and it doesnt start right. I have only put on 175miles roughly since the rebuild ( all of which from my recent snowmobile trip). Was going to drop it off on the way home to see if they would look at it and if warranty would cover it. They said no. Service department is horrible and the y obviously dont stand behind their work. Ill never bring any of my sleds here again! Oh and if you bring your sled here make sure they load the right one onto

Went in to talk to a salesman and was weirded out by what was going on. There was a baby in a walker walking around the show floor and crying. There were baby toys on the floor. Everyone on the floor was paying more attention to the baby then they were to me. I left without talking to anyone. Very unprofessional in a workplace.

We have purchased several machines from Willmar motorsports. The service is always top notch. Josh was especially helpful. He was prompt, considerate and a pleasure to work with. A friendly, nice young man. I look forward to dealing with him in the future. Plus, he even pumped up the tires on my trailer!
