Oklahoma Health Options was founded by Russell Grafrath in 2016 in a direct response to the rising costs of health Insurance, which has mainly impacted the small business owners and the self employed of Oklahoma. From there several lines of insurance were added such as life, Medicare and long term care.
The individuals and families across Oklahoma who must purchase insurance through the individual market have been some of the hardest hit by the rising costs of Health Insurance in the last few years. In Fact, some Oklahoma insurance premiums have increased by almost 400% since 2013. Individuals and families who make too much money to qualify for subsidies through the Federal Marketplace have felt the full effect of the premium increases.
The rising costs of the "Obamacare" plans or "Affordable Care Act" plans on the individual market has been front and center in the media for some time now. However, the cost of group health insurance has been deeply impacted by the volatility of the US insurance market as well and most business owners have felt the sting of these rising costs.

First of all these are the nicest people ever to talk to about getting insurance listening to what you need and finding the best for you Russel is an awesome person definitely knows how to take care of you if you need insurance and what’s best for you pull the trigger and talk to Russel and Rose if you don’t your making a mistake definitely would refer them to you so pick that phone up and call you will not regret it

Russell and Rose were both highly informative and quick to respond. I appreciated their input and timeliness in getting me set up with new insurance. This was my first time getting health insurance without an employer and I'd talked to another broker who didn't make me feel like he understood my needs. That was definitely not the case with Russell. He gave me several options and really made sure to find something that fit what I was looking for. I'm incredibly pleased!

I called Russell and his assistant in the morning, and by 5pm, had new insurance! They are fast, polite, and respectful. Most of all, I came from a terrible insurance agent who was unresponsive constantly. Thankful to have found someone who answers calls and questions in a timely manner!
