I would give this office negative stars if that were available. We showed up for my husband's appointment to have an epidural after waiting weeks for this appointment. They called to verify he was coming a day or 2 before asked him to show up a half an hour earlier than his appt. We do, they provide us with 2 hefty packets to complete and call my husband back. Here's where it goes sideways. My husband comes out after about 10-15 mins and is mad and ready to leave stating he isn't getting the shot today but this was for a consult. This was never communicated that this appointment he's waited weeks

I just left PRC, Daytona Beach, and had the worst experience with Rathi Joseph, DO that I ever had with any doctor. She was rude, curt, interruptive, dismissive, unprofessional, disrespectful, and did not show any compassion whatsoever. Her behavior was disgraceful.
I was referred to PRC by my primary care physician due to extreme sciatica pain. I had my first appointment with Dr. Malik on June 29. Dr. Malik indicated I was a candidate to have injections of "Novocain" into my back. The initial injections were to determine the location of where the pain originated from, to be followed by a second

Disgusted. I couldn’t even make it my first appointment as the staff was unprofessional and rude in the phone. When I asked they please hear me out before speaking over me, I was just hung up on.
Just like any other doctor who takes Medicaid they seem like a pill mill that treats their patients like “clients” or just sees them as money. Unprofessional untrained staff and If you have Medicaid they’ll treat you like trash.

Came in with extreme pain l, Dr. Lee could care less. He ordered an MRI which is good, and scheduled me out 3 weeks later. He wouldn't refill my oral pain meds. His excuse is your 29 not 30! Completely refused. So to anyone under the age if 30, they only want to stick you with a needle in your neck!

REGARDING DR. LEE AT THE DAYTONA BEACH PRC PAIN MANAGEMENT.
First off, this place is not a place to go if you need Pain Management.
I’ve been a patient of 1 pain management Dr for over ten years, same Pharmacy as well. My current PM Dr has retired. So I had to find another Dr. I was referred to PRC Pain Management, Dr Lee in Daytona Beach. Made appt to see Dr. Sat in his office for over 30 minutes waiting to be seen. Nurse comes to take me to examination room. Waited another 20 minutes before the Quack decided to make his appearance. Ok, so Dr. Lee comes in. He looks at me, looks at Medical

I waited an hour and a half for a first time appointment. I felt very uncomfortable there. They seem to have a lot of testing for drug use. When I decided to leave the receptionist announced to everyone that I wasn't waiting . Very unprofessional. I'm just an average person with back pain and no drug use. This was a horrible experience.

The worse of the worse. I’ve been 3 times to this group and it just gets worse. All 3 times it’s no less Than a 2 hour wait with a Dr. G. He came in spent 67 SECONDS (I timed it) with me after I just got out of the hospital. I had to airlifted to the hospital plus 3 major surgeries after a car accident and he never looked at me one time. He had his back turned to me the whole day gave me a prescription of painkillers said see you in a month. HE didn’t even give me Adequate pain relief, He then Left the room.
They should just put a drive through in. I’m not The only one treated this way

Dr. Malik performed unnecessary surgery in removing my implanted pump based on an infection. He neglected to confirm that I had an infection. Instead he removed the pump and at the follow up appointment told me "no other doctor would touch me. Once you have the bug you always will have it". So even days after the surgery he was stating I had an infection.
Hospital records show there was NO infection. Three days of cultures attested to this.
Instead of admitting his mistake and having another pump implanted, he dismissed me after 15 years as a patient.

I went there once several years ago! The staff was disorganized, the doctor had no interest in what I had to say about my worsening, degenrative spinal condition. Everything was injections & pumps! I'm 60 yrs old & pain meds have always worked fine in many years past! And these people wanted to fix the way I treated pain all these years! Problem is: the way I had treated pain worked & wasn't broken. I left after a several hour wait & never went back!
