A pound each of mussels and clams, three soft shell crabs, 1.5 pounds of snow crabs, 1.5 pounds of Dungeness crab legs, two ears of corn, and a choice of butters spiked with garlic, Old Bay or Cajun spices. We are celebrating our 5th anniversary! We are very grateful for your Philly love.

This was my first visit to Pinefish and I greatly enjoyed it. The decor was warm & welcoming. I started with happy hour duck fat fries and oysters which were both absolutely delicious. The restaurant week menu had a great variety of menu items. I enjoyed the ceasar salad. The short rib was absolutely amazing. It was delicious and incredibly tender and the mashed potatoes served with it had a perfect velvety texture and creamy taste. I didn’t care for the desert but overall had a wonderful experience. The whisky cocktail on the RW menu was delicious as well. I definitely enjoyed my visit and will

My sister and I enjoyed an evening here during restaurant week but I was super disappointed.
For starters, they checked our vaccines cards, but the seating arrangement literally had everyone sitting on top of each other. Literally to the point where you could hear conversation word for word.
The service was horrible. Not in a sense that they were rude or nasty, but they were totally unprepared. For example, it took our waitress awhile to take our order. Also, she blamed the new kitchen staff on why our food took so long to arrive. I believe we waited 30 mins to receive a half dozen of oysters

Went for their happy hour, which honestly is just excellent. The first time I tried to go for happy hour they told me no because it was a Saturday and I didn't have a reservation (bummer) but the second time was some random day. Dollar oysters, decent wine, I also had the cauliflower (a little greasy).
Really this review is almost exclusively for weekend happy hours with dollar oysters. It's just a great deal.

One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! Everything was delicious. Crab cake was out of this world. We ordered The Ocean for the table and it definitely lived up to our high hopes. Everyone loved what they ordered and this place has a really great atmosphere. Definitely would recommend, can't wait to go back!

My friend and fellow "Foodie", Laurie, called me and suggested we do Brunch at Parc. Of course I jumped on board! Unfortunately Parc was booked...It wasn't as unfortunate as I first thought. Laurie has been telling me about a favorite spot of hers, Pinefish, at 11th and Pine. This was the perfect time for a new adventure! Laurie made reservations, and we found a long line outside, as the restaurant was about to open....Good thing we made reservations... We were seated at a table by the window on 11th st. Laurie ordered a Vodka and Orange

Many of the world's population lives by the sea. Those are among the healthiest of us and the ones that feel God's blessing the most. When the food from under the sea graces your table you know you are having a meal that has been inspired directly from Divinity. The sea knows violence, the sea can overtake the land and destroy the fragility built by man but God gave us the sea to sustain us along with incredible spices, vegetables and the hand of a skilled chef will bring to your plate. Couple it with a bottle of wine or a fine scotch and allowed the perfect ambiance of this restaurant

I give this a solid one star. I went for the brunch as was utterly disappointed. The shrimp cocktail was decent (but not on any menu provided). The brunch was edible (bland), but nothing I would care to eat again. My 9 year old does much better. The service and professionalism was lacking. It's the little things such as getting the order correct, letting us know that the kitchen closes at 2pm with a 1pm reservation and severely limited parking since three area parking lots were recently demolished.

I absolutely adore this place! Great hospitality, good location! And GREAT FOOD! My friends and I come here all the time. I think I might have just ordered just about everything off the menu! From the scallops to the mussels, or Pan seared salmon. to the Brussel sprouts! Everything has been delish! Oh and let’s not forget the blueberry pie! YUM🤤

In the area, we tried this place for a family breakfast and were not disappointed. They have the usual breakfast menu but there are a lot of options to choose from. We ordered the Pan Seared Salmon and Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes were really delicious.
The portions are huge and the quality is really good. Great quality of food and everything was well-cooked. Nice portion, reasonable with its price. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Dining at Pinefish is an experience. The front entrance opens up to sultry, cozy sitting area with great funky lighting and small tables near the window. The back room is complete with string lighting, a chandelier and comfy seating. We felt welcome, everyone was enjoying themselves, the mixed drinks were incredible and are prepared by a Hopsing Laundromat trained bartender named Leslie. She's a doll and a pro!
Now let me tell you about Pinefish's food. Their chef is a pro, he absolutely doesn't mess around and his team hussles. We enjoyed a crisp, clean and flavorful starter of gazpacho covered

I had decent expectations for this place from the yelp reviews and the overall 4 star rating, but I just cannot agree with them after trying this place out.
We came for happy hour on friday without a reservation and was seated right away. The service was great but I could not recommend the food at all.
Oysters on the half shell: Super dirty and not cleaned well. I'm honestly surprised we ate most of them considering it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had with oysters.
Fried calamari: Overly salty and borderline burnt.
Mahi mahi tacos: These were a replacement item

What a lovely restaurant experience from before I arrived til we left. We had a reservation at 7:00, and last minute I needed to change it to 8:00. There were no reservations left online so I called and spoke with Leslie. She was so understanding and kind and told me to not rush (had to pick up my son from airport and bring him to dinner with us). The arugula salad was fresh and delicious; clam chowder was chock full of clams; the surf and turf came with twin lobster tails and filet mignon that was cooked perfect to temperature; the crab cake had scallops and shrimp and lump crabmeat in it so it

I am shocked and betrayed from all of amazing reviews as my restaurant week experience fell below all expectations across the board.
We came here to celebrate a romantic date without the kids, lured in from all of the eclectic decors posted on the website. However, when we got there, we got whisked away into the back room, with mismatching tables, poor lighting and dirty food-ridden restaurant floors. Our waitress was very sweet and pleasant, although seem to be fairly new at the job, not offering to bring water at the beginning and never stopping by to refill the empty glass for the remainder

It's Sunday afternoon - happy hour 4:30-6:30 every day, all tables inside or outside? COUNT ME IN. Came with a party of 4 with a 4:30 reservation and was seated at their outdoor covered seating. It's a triangular teepee with plastic covering the side near the street and above you. Our waitress was really nice and bubbly. We ordered a ton of stuff, mainly snacks and strayed off the happy hour menu for the regular mac 'n cheese which was shells, great cheese with a slight kick. Oysters weren't very flavorful but can't complain because they were $1.50, bang bang shrimp was

We came here on a date this past Saturday. We decided to order several plates and just share because we were extremely hungry. We ordered the scallops with mashed potatoes, grilled lobster with corn pudding, jumbo crab cakes with roasted potatoes, Brussel sprouts, and Mac and cheese.
The food was extremely tasty, my favorites were the Mac and cheese and the grilled lobster. Although the lobster was amazing the corn pudding that accompanied it was not my favorite. We had plenty more options though so I ate those instead. The crab cakes were full of if lump crab meat with no fillers. The scallops

Glad to try Pinefish finally. The menu had tons of options, specially the crab cakes, gnocchi, or salmon, but settled on a variety over pasta instead.
Toasted cauliflower, brussel sprouts as an appetizer were charred and flavored really well. Wasabi mashed potatoes were creamy and unique. The seafood bucatini was a huge portion of pasta with shrimp, scallops, mussels and calamari. And a spicy red sauce to tie it all together! The whole fish had a lot of small bones to avoid but the meat was good.
Sat outside in the triangular table booths which were very cozy and cute. Quick service with lots

Had a very nice evening here with my husband recently. When we arrived we were one of the only other couples in the restaurant. The downstairs is fairly tiny, but spacious enough. Service was a bit strange as our waitress was also the hostess and our bartender. So drinks took a good bit to come out along with being seated. Other than that, everything else was worth it.
We started off with the beet salad and the Brussels sprouts. Both were perfect. We also ordered the duck fries too, but they ended up coming out with our meal which in the end we regretted getting. For entrees I went with the Seafood

Updating my review since my last one was 3 yrs ago.. Pinefish is STILL my favorite seafood restaurant in philly, and still 5 stars!
There's some different menu items from when my last review was 3 yrs ago. Recently I've been getting the swordfish chop which is massive bone-in chop. So tender and delicious. The wasabi mashed potatoes are amazing. The tri-color beet salad was fantastic!!! And the arugula salad was also very good. The cauliflower is still one of my favorites.
A new special they have is a curry covered trout.. wow this was fantastic! Full fish with the head on, but butterflied
