Contractor Membership in the UMCA is available to sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations that are regularly engaged in the plumbing and mechanical contracting business, that have established places of business, and that employ union labor for the prosecution of such business.

This bill has been amended to restore provisions of the Worker's Comp Act by removing the deleted third party recovery limitations set forth in the original bill.
