I have come to realize that the staffing concerns were a sign of the times rather than the efficiency of this specific establishment. The product they deliver is A-1 and gets the job done. A couple minutes of time spent will yield a good packaging haul - especially if buying in bulk.
They also have a lot of sizes and variations to choose from, so kudos to their staff for being so well-rounded in sourcing those materials.

They have become incredibly slow due to COVID19. The wait time on the phone needs considerable improvement.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Joyce was very patient and nice (even with my unusual requests). I had scheduled a pick up and when I was unable to fit everything into the my SUV they made sure to have the packaging delivered the next day. Great service! They are now my go to when ever I have packaging needs.

Great company to deal with! We needed shipping boxes of various sizes and needed them quick—we even traveled from Palm Beach to purchase from them because of the experience we had. Joyce is a superstar at customer service and an amazing asset to the company!!! She was able to get our boxes ready super quick, the same day as we needed them. I couldn’t be happier with her enthusiasm for helping us. Curbside pickup due to COVID was easy and seamless.

They have managed to stay open and safe throughout the COVID surge in South Florida by gradually restricting direct contact with customers, but at the same time they have managed to maintain a very high level of service. They have a well-evolved order pickup process that can accommodate up to six pickup customers at a time, which had been all that's needed so far.

Placed an order on the weekend for pickup. Arrived Monday Nov 9th to pick up the order, parked outside the pickup door. The door was open about 4 feet. Called in to have order brought out per there instructions, operator said we are closed due to the storm the day before. I said the pickup door is open, I need to pick up one box weighs 5 lbs., sorry come back tomorrow. As I'm sitting in my car a gentlemen walks up says sorry we are closed, same spiel as the operator. You can come back tomorrow. No regard for how I far traveled etc. How can you have 2 people be able to tell you they are closed

I visited A&M Tape and Packaging for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I spoke with 2 customer service reps over the phone before visiting the showroom and both helped me select the items I needed. Joyce greeted me when I arrived on site, set up a customer account for me, and provided pricing and product info for some other Items I saw in the showroom. I was really happy with the quality and price of the boxes and shipping supplies I ordered, although I have to say what impressed me most was the customer service and friendly positive attitude of every single person I interacted

Have a few suggestions for this business.
#1. Please encourage the people who greet customers to do so in a friendly, welcoming manner. Please don't have them make the customer feel as though they are doing them a favor by waiting on them. A smile would be helpful!
#2. If an item is not in stock, it would be nice if the person at the desk could volunteer information as to when it might be in stock or they could suggest that it be ordered. The customer shouldn't have to ask those questions.
#3. Frequenting this business has not always been a pleasant experience for me. Hope
