We are a full estate sale service that includes Estate Sales, Real Estate Sales, international marketing, appraisals for both belongings and real estate as well as a start to finish service that can help you sort through your life's collections. Not only will we help "clean" through the clutter, when we are finished with your estate items we will clean and stage your home for sale as well.

Services
The types of sales we do depends on your needs and circumstances for example we can set-up an on premise (at your home) estate sales that would be advertised throughout your region and the United States. An estate sale is a more professionally staged garage sale where the buyers are allowed inside the home.
We recommend beginning the project well in advance of the needs or the move. Although there are times that we can prepare a home in a week, for the most part we are booked a month advance. Items that are valuable can also be presented by appointment only so that those truly valuable items will not be available to the open public.
Once we have organized, sorted, packed or displayed, evaluated, priced, photographed and marketed, we will arrange at least two days - typically on a Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 3pm to hold a public sale where you treasures and "throw aways" will be offered for sale. Staff members will be on hand at a register, the door and the garage.

I do not recommend this estate service. Waited in line for approximately 1.5 hours in line with about 50-60 other people for an estate sale that consisted mainly of glassware, for this company to sell every piece of the glassware to the very first person (their acquaintance) in line before the sale even started for much less than it was worth. This is so unfair to the client who hired this Estate service and could have gotten so much more for their items, and all the people who came and waited in line for so long only to be told it is all sold before the sale started.

I was lucky to find Larry and Kitty Ruhstaller. They handled my families estate sale. When I first called them I was overwhelmed with the amount of things my family had accumulated over 60 years. We put items in the store as well as had an estate sale at the house. They are so knowledgeable about antiques and all kinds of items. They made the whole process seem easy.
