Everyone who works for the company is by far professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. They talk to you and make you understand what they're doing. I use the expression dumb it down for what they do. They like to say explain it so everyone is on the same page. So if you need IT work I fully recommend this team.

I am SO glad I chose Fort Wayne IT Solutions to help me with my computer issue! I had gotten a new laptop and paid Geek Squad to transfer the data to my new device. They said they couldn’t do it, as my hard drive had crashed. They said they could send it out for data recovery, however, it would take two to three months, and would cost a minimum of $400 dollars. I panicked! The daily operations of my business were on that computer. I called Fort Wayne IT Solutions and spoke with Austen. This was at about 5 minutes before they closed. He said that he thought he could fix the problem and would wait

Our company looks to FWIT exclusively for all of our IT needs....and we can be very "needy" at times! They do a phenomenal job serving us both capably and enthusiastically, so much so, we cannot offer up any reviews of less than 5 stars! Although the entire crew is great, we deal most often with Sean and find him almost magical when solving our dilemmas. What seems problematic to us is handled by him with ease. If you are looking for a group to handle your IT challenges or headaches, look no further...these guys are GREAT!

2 years ago our company decided to switch our network from Microsoft to an Apple environment. The company we hired was not able to get the job completed so we contacted FW IT in the middle of the transition to fix the problems. They were able to come in and complete the job and get us up and running in a timely manner. FW IT has been great to work with and we are currently using them for all of our IT needs.

We have been using Fort Wayne IT Solutions for over 5 years. One of the best business decisions we have made in the last 5 years utilizing their services. Our office downloaded a virus and our entire system was corrupted. Our medical software provider along with Microsoft techs were stumped and we were told the entire system would have to be wiped clean, loosing 10 years of patient files. IT Solutions was able to get rid of the virus and we didn't loose a single patient file. PRICELESS!!!

Our Internet service went down for an unknown reason and we called FW IT Solutions. They were out within the hour and ready to work. While the tech concluded that it was a problem from Frontier's end, he had taken a look at our firewall and was able to reprogram it and trained us how to manage it. The service was fast, courteous, and dependable. When we run into a networking problem again we will call this business first! Highly recommend!
