Great selection of power tools and knowledgeable staff always like going here compared to big box stores, just better quality and personalized service.

I bought a Honda generator from Ace Tool in September, and our electrician had an issue with the transfer switch setup. Neither Ace Tool nor Honda could/would help us with the problem. Ace wanted to sell us an additional part for megabucks. Terrible customer service from both ACE and Honda.

The answer to the issue was found in a Honda Service bulletin, why did we have to find that ourselves?????

The tools I received were very good, however, I ordered 4 and only received 3. I tried calling the number on the invoice no answer and no message then I tried doing a live chat and it routed it to an email response and now one day later I still have heard nothing from the company

Brought in for repair. They dont do service on site, was not told that when i bought it, so it was sent out for repair to honda. It took over 2 months. The winter season was over. I went to use following season and would not stay running. Called them to fix problem and was informed they send it out and would take another 2 months.....Horrible.......Bought the machine at their store and would expect better service then this.....Will bring to a certified tech rather then them...

I've done business with Ace Tool Repair twice and both times had excellent customer service. Toni made it a point to send me a welcome email which made me think I'd time-traveled to the 1950s since I'm so rarely thanked like that for my patronage anymore. My items I've ordered have all arrived promptly and well-packaged within the time frame I was given (especially worth calling out given the pandemic is causing worldwide shipping delays). This is definitely a business I would recommend to others.

Got new power tools for my boyfriend from Ace Tool in Long Island. They have the best price on a wide variety of Milwaukee cordless tools. We even got two free batteries worth over $100.00 each. Thank you again for the great service and time spent with us. We will be back for sure!

We were looking for a WBE company and was recommended to call Ace Tool. They had outstanding pricing and delivery. Absolutely fantastic service and experience with Micki in Outside Sales.

For professionals or homeowners, this is THE place to go. Why? Because many of the tools is the Big Box stores are made for them...cheaply. Things like plastic instead of metal gears are commonplace. Ace Tool has a full line of all the major brands of tools. Extensive inventory as well as a complete repair department for most tools. The staff is well trained and really know their stuff. They are a stocking Honda generator and snowblower dealer as well. Great tools at fair prices!

I ordered something from them in July and I received an email that the item was no longer available for sale and had been discontinued. "Unfortunately in speaking with the company it has become obsolete without replacement.  At this time we have cancelled it from your order and charged your card accordingly.  We apologize for any inconvenience". This statement is untrue because it was offered by at least 5 other websites one of which I bought it from.
So far I have not yet received the refund to my CC almost a month after their 1st response and 2 weeks after they said that they would

James was awesome. We went in on a recommendation from someone at Ace Hardware, because we broke a screw off in a piece of wood that was part of an armoire. We had the wood with us and w/o hesitation, James set to work on it. I’d like to say he removed the screw, but it want for lack of trying. We were so impressed with the store and James, we bought several items, including a cordless drill we asked him to recommend.
Don’t bother with the big box stores, if you’ve got questions or need expertise. AND BTW the drill was the same price as it would have been at Lowe’s and Home Depot.

Ordering two items online, one item said it usually ships in 24 hrs; that was 9 days ago. Emailed them 3X but still no response. Tried the online chat after hours but no one responded to the message left. Wish I could get my money back but no one answers.

We ordered a piece of equipment that arrived damaged. Not only did Ace Tool and Jescraft replace the damaged equipment, it was replaced very quickly and Ace Tool refunded the freight/shipping charge. We are very pleased with the customer service and very highly recommend Ace Tool Repair. We will be happy to do future business.

This is my go to place for tools. The sales manager James is fantastic,friendly,accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. . If they don't have something in stock it's never been more than a week to get the parts or tools in. It's a pleasure dealing with a company that understands the value tools have to professional contractors.

What great customer service. I called looking for a specific Milwaukee product and the rep took her time to ask me questions and determined what I need. Fast, friendly and easy. Will have my new tool in a few days and will definitely return to Ace Tool

Came into this store recently and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of tools they have to offer. The quality of the tools far surpassed that of Home Depot or Lowes. They have a great selection of Milwaukee as well as Makita. Their Dewalt selection was quite impressive as well. They offer a full demo area where you can get a feel for how these tools are made and the impressive quality before you even buy it. The staff has an impressively vast knowledge of these products as well, which allows you to feel more comfortable purchasing a product with them. One of the more impressive things

I have been a customer of Ace Tool for about 10 years. The staff is knowledgable and very helpful. I often deal with James who has been there for as long as have been a customer. Whether I am
making a new purchase or dropping off my table saw blades or router bits for sharpening I have always been 100% satisfied and in the event there are any issues they make it right. The store is well stocked and in the event an item must be ordered it usually arrives in a few days. Logistically Home Depot is much closer to my house however I always find myself heading to Ace as I am usually in and out quickly
