He can get busy but the work done for me at least (2 black pants that needed to be hemmed and made tighter at the bottom) was very good. Only bad is his dressing rooms are very dated, just pull a sheet. Also, be sure to give plenty of time before you need to pick up items unless you want to pay a lot more for a quick turn around but that's normal for any place. He's friendly and would recommend if you need some tailoring.

They aren't any cheaper than any other place. They quoted $7.50 for a loose hem on one pant leg. Lots of hemming and hawing over simple articles of clothing. Gave me lots of attitude about glue on a zipper (it was a Goodwill find, I wasn't too worried about it). All I wanted was a quote on different clothing. I eventually started packing my clothes and leaving--he was still giving me lip as I closed the door behind me.
At $7.50 a pop, he missed out on a lot of pants that I would have had hemmed.

I went to New Town Tailor on Chester and they were perfect! Go there instead! Very professional

I had the Worst and most uncomfortable experience here. I went in to ask about my wedding dress and to find out the cost. The owner was acting very weird and was super rude. But not to me! To his worker! He was barking orders at her, putting her down and was just treating her ugly. I was uncomfortable from the beginning. Then he barked order to me to Change into the dress, to my utter shock the other worker came to my dressing room and began to tell me, she would do my dress for cheaper and to not to do business with the man. She begged me for my phone, put her number in and then quoted me a price

Got my brand new dress pants altered. When I recieved them they had a second crease since they took fabric from inside instead of both sides to keep the existing factory crease. Factory crease will not disappear even after taken to dry cleaners. Not professional at all and I am sorely dissapointed. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

I came to this establishment to have my wedding dress straps fixed and one of my bridesmaids dresses hemmed. As soon as I walked in this place I felt very uncomfortable. The female workers all gave me this look like turn around and leave immediately. The owner or worker that greeted me was “creepy”! He mad slick comments at me and questioning me on why I wanted my dress hemmed a certain way and just overall weird... His whole vibe was weird and to my suspicions I was right. So, As his female worker is pinning my dress she slips me a note in my hand with a name and phone number on it ? Hmmm

The place looks like a small sweat shop but the owner/manager is very knowledgeable and my suit alterations looked phenomenal. All stitches and threads were done very well without any loose ends. He also fixed my pants for a second time free of charge becuase it wasn't what I was envisioning the first time around. Treats his customers well.
