Called to get a few answers about the inspection process. The guy kept stopping me mid sentence asking me to get to my point and why I was calling in the first place. Couldn't even get to my questions b/c of the rude behavior. If someone can't even answer the phone properly or politely they certainly won't be getting any business from me.
