Reception was efficient and friendly. Dr Ho was extremely professional and respectful. Dr. Ho will actually “listen” to you when your explaining your problems which I respect. So far so good, I trust whatever course of action the Dr takes to give me some quality of life back.

I've been a patient for a few years now and I must say I've never had an issue or bad experience with Dr. Ho or his staff. Veronica and Jessica are always amazing at making sure my appointment goes smoothly. I don't feel like just another number on a medical chart. It was my first visit to see Dr. Ho and he did indeed take the time to listen to every word and concerns that came to mind.
He even suggested 2 new pain therapies that might help. I was just a little disappointed that nothing was done that day to ease my back pain and my sciatica. The worst pain felt. Am excited about future treatments and seeing what relief they will bring.

For the record this is my first review I have ever written. Dr. Ho was great, most friendly and personable physician I have had! Moreover the epidural procedure was very pleasant, barely felt a thing, he is very good at his job. Has also been very punctual, even for follow up appointments, never wait more than five minutes. Dr. Ho is very compassionate, he listens, and truly cares about his patients. He is professional and provides his expertise assessment of how he can help you with your pain and symptoms. His staff are very helpful in relaying messages promptly to the doctor and helping to get your questions answered. I received one epidural injectional in the lumbar area and it has helped greatly in managing my pain. Dr. Ho was honest and forthright in explaining the risks of the procedure and is supportive of the patient's decision either way. I highly recommend him for your pain management needs!

Dr. Ho and his team have been amazing. Absolutely amazing. They did an amazing job for my father. He was having difficulty standing and/or walking. Dr. Ho's team did an absolutely great job injecting him with an epidural injection and he has been on his feet and walking ever since. Since the first injection, we have gone back once more for another injection which has helped tremendously.
His practice is top-notch and the results were unbelievable. The visits have been very convenient during COVID-19. Dr. Ho has saved my life. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

This pain management group is very deceptive medical practice. I made an appointment to see Dr. Ho for review of my back pain and to seek the cause of my sciatica. He saw me for less than ten minutes offering me no explanation and then prescribing no treatment and rudely walking out of the exam room. What an insult and a waste of time to go see this specialist.

I can't say more great things about this medical facility and their staff and Dr. Joseph Ho. The wait time to see the doctor is 5-10 minutes from the time you walk in, plus with covid they offer a lot of virtual visits. The office staff is very friendly and proficient. The medication he recommended has been great in reducing the pain. I was able to get an MRI fairly quickly and rule out other causes. Overall great experience and happy to be a patient there! Highly recommend!

Dr.Ho is my primary pain doctor over a year. I am really happy to meet him. Because he always trying to understand patient's standing and listening very carefully. As you know, my English is not good.
Anyway, he knows what's the problem exactly. I've got one shot my entire period. That means he is the right person about pain. I highly recommend him, if you have a lower back pain.

He asked my about my symptoms and my pain level.
He did several tests on me to determine where my pain points were.
He viewed a copy of my MRI and what he explained to me what he viewed as areas of concern.
He gave me a plan for my treatment to reduce my pain issues.
He prescribed something for me that after one day made me feel immediately better.
I am looking forward to my next appointment as I hopefully continue to improve.
