My wife and I own a Shared Office company in Birmingham, AL where telephone up-time is extremely important since our customers/tenants depend on us for services. When I have an Allworx need, Fred is always extremely helpful in keeping our phone system up and running. If Fred isn't immediately available, which he is most of time, he is always quick with a returned phone call. Incredible team that I have really grown to trust. I got to know Centerpoint when they installed my new IP phone system years ago. From there the relationship has really grown. They have setup a couple servers for us, helped us to understand and use Office 365 more effectively, helped me get a better understanding of how to manage my users and more. As the sole IT person at our firm, it's nice to know I can go on vacation or take a leave of absence and know I'm leaving my users in good capable hands if something should pop up.

I've been working closely with Centerpoint for a few years now and their service is wonderful. Reuben is the bomb! He's worked with our firm for years and we appreciate how attentive and helpful he's been. I've been a rather needy client over the last few years and they have been so helpful and never get frustrated with my constant questions. Our system was struck by lightning and centerpoint worked around the clock to make sure we were up and running again. Top notch service. I would highly recommend Centerpoint.

Centerpoint IT has done a fantastic job for my small business! They installed a brand new VOIP phone system, then we purchased and they installed five new computers; then we installed a redundant/dual internet service and now we are using their hosted IT monitoring service. There were a few minor hiccups along the way - but overall everything is going great with all of our new hardware and software! When we need service - they are fantastic to respond!!
