Despite being busy, Craig took the time to help me winterize my sprinkler system. I was able to send him photos and he was able to not just tell me what I had to do, but the reasons behind it. While I wasn't able to use full services, CityRain will definitely be first on my list of numbers to call in the future should the need arise!

I found City Rain by searching reviews from the web. Had the same irrigation specialist for more than 20 years and found that they were not too meticulous about maintaining our irrigation system that they installed. Very disappointing. Called several that we liked and City Rain made it to the top of our list. Since July of 2020 we were impressed with their service, their ethics and their deep knowledge of irrigation issues. What impressed me most was the great interest in solving our issues and not the rush to sell us more equipment before determining the problems we've been having. Like all other
