Whether you require a "DOD wipe" or complete hard drive destruction, we provide certification of the process. The amazing Katie came to my office, and somehow managed to put an impressive pile of old/outdated hardware in her Prius, and take it away for me. The customer service where I don't have to do ANYTHING is the best! I need to remember to go visit the Valley City store next time I need some spare parts.

I purchased a laptop from Valley City Electronics Recycling on May 24th. I notified the manager that the keyboard was broken within 24 hours of purchasing the laptop. I was told it would be replaced ASAP. It is now August and it has not been replaced. When I called Jason at corporate I was told he would take care of it and call me back. He did not call me back, when I called him 5 days later, I was told that they would likely not receive a replacement within the next 3 weeks. Very dissatisfied with customer service and response time.

By far one of the best places i have ever worked at / been a customer at, the employees there are fantastic and that their pricing system is fair, the owner jason and dave a great people and they're very honest. Had an issue with my sales performance and was ultimately let go from there, but a great company to work for and a great place to shop. They have the best prices on used computers and they warranty out their products. I had issue with a hard drive before and with no questions asked they said would you like an exchange on the item. Would defiantly shop there again and have always recommended

I've been going here for a couple of years, if you need a computer and don't need the absolute cutting edge (which is almost all of us) this is the place to go.
They resell off-lease enterprise computer hardware. This stuff is of way better quality than what you'll find at best buy, etc, for a great price. The staff is always kind and helpful. If you're looking for something particular that they don't have, they'll keep an eye out for it, and let you know if it shows up.
This should absolutely be your first stop when you need anything computer related.
