Concept Logistics, formerly known as Concept International Transportation Inc., was formed in 1988 by James Daley and Jim Pyjas. James and Jim already had many years of experience in all facets of the logistics industry.

Less than truckload, or LTL, is a shipment term for freight that does not need full truckload service. These shipments typically are under an eight pallet threshold.
