Frederick A. Coville, M.D. is the Owner and Medical Director of Cornerstone Plastic Surgery, and has been an Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon for over twenty-five years. Dr. Fred Coville, born in Brooklyn, New York, accelerated through school to begin his university studies at the age of sixteen.
Upon receiving his Bachelors degree in biology, he went on to complete medical school before his twenty-fifth birthday. Yes, we are back! Although there are several forms of buttock augmentation that are called "Butt Lifts, " Dr. Fred Coville has created the Jersey Shore Butt Lift to describe a particular style and technique that he utilizes to create beautifully shaped buttocks that are inspired by the active, athletic, and attractive style of summer life on the beautiful Jersey Shore.
Liposuction, or suction-assisted lipectomy, is a popular technique used to remove unwanted fat deposits. Dr. Coville removes this undesirable subcutaneous fat from specific areas - sculpting your body and resulting in a more pleasing overall shape. The unsightly distribution of body fat is usually due to an inborn tendency to deposit fat in one particular area of the body, most commonly the hips.
Most of our patients who request a tummy tuck have found that, after pregnancy or substantial weight loss, the skin around their tummy has become looser and the muscles weaker. This can give the appearance of being overweight or flabby, and even with exercise and diet it can still be difficult to restore the abdomen to its previous firmness.

Dr Fred never disappoints. He pays close attention to detail and listens to all my concerns. I cannot leave out the cornerstone team they give the same care and compassion Dr Fred shows. They return calls promptly answer all my questions and most of all make me feel that I am getting individual care suited for me.

What can I say about cornerstone plastic surgery?
1st his staff all of the ladies there are genuine, friendly, sincere they make you feel so comfortable. I primarily worked with 2 lovely ladies. Theresa and Jessy.
Theresa I mainly spoke with over the phone. Taking care of my appointments, any questions i had, paperwork and what to expect for each appointment. Especially the procedure I was going to have which was liposuction 360 and a tummy tuck.
Jessy was always with the doctor during my appointments and as she put it had the privilege and honor to be in the room while he performed my procedure

I’ve never been to a place like this before. I wanted to splurge on myself a little and a friend of mine was raving about their skin care line (I also saw the results of her skin). Every person at this office was down to earth, kind and gentle, knowledgeable and helpful. I am amazed at the amount of services they provide. There was no heir of ego or superiority (my own bias of a cosmetic surgery office). I highly recommend this business if you’re looking for any type of skin care products or services! I will back for sure. I have another appointment the end of the week already.

Dr.Coville and his staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Theresa, the patient coordinator, does a great job with making the process a little less stressful. I haven’t even had my surgery yet and I’m already so excited! The girls there are all so sweet! Dr.Coville is very thorough with his appointments! Oh...and he does the best Botox and lip fillers!!!

Nothing but the best offered at this office. From the office staff to the doctor, you receive nothing but the best from Cornerstone. As a healthcare provider, I made sure to do my homework and Dr. Fred provided the best options that worked for my own body. It wasn’t about a package deal, but was about what best for me. I am amazed at the results, and will not be going to anyone else for any of my aging needs!
