Joel & John were such a pleasure to work with! We called around 8:45am for a broken Wayne Dalton torquemaster spring and Joel answered promptly. He gave us all of our options and answered all our questions. We opted for a double spring conversion. John was here before 10am and completed our conversion before 11am! Incredible service! Tip Top garage door repair is a great company and my new go to for any future garage door needs. They were at my house in about an hour of my call. Technician John quickly fixed my snapped garage door spring, inspected and lubed the whole system and did the same for my second garage door. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Our two year old sectional garage doors were making some noises when opening and closing. Called Tiptop and they came out and adjusted the tracks and lubricated the wheels and springs. The price was fair and was pleased when the technician said our doors were of a good brand and just needed maintenance. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the service they provided. We had to call them late in the evening, because our garage door wouldn't close. Their technician, Robert, arrived quickly (in less than an hour) and fixed the problem in no time. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained all the technical details and also gave us some good tips for maintenance of the door. Great company and great service!

The best, knowledgeable, honest, efficient company and employees.. one of our Board members had an old business card of Tip Top’s and we decided to call them for their community’s gate, and it was the best decision ever.. we now use Tip Tip at ALL of our HOA communities we manage that have gates.. Our garage door needed to be replaced. We checked out several companies and found Tiptop Door had the best prices and quality products. Jon did an excellent job describing our options and provided a recommendation that worked best for us. Because our old door was dented but the mechanism to open and close the door was relatively new, Jon recommended a new door but told us we could use the existing garage door motor. After the technician installed the new door, Jon inspected the job and checked that the motor worked with the new door. He even provided a separate remote to be used with our extra

I called this company for the quote and they immediately came to our house. Gave us a very fair price compare to other companies and fixed everything in a short time. Very pleasant staff. Had minor issue in couple of months with another part of the garage door and they quickly send someone and fixed it free of the charge since it was minor.

After my fifth gate/ garage door repair person, I came across TipTop Door and Gate Service on Yelp. I called and spoke to Joel. Very nice, professional and genuinely concerned about my issue was my first impression! Joel came out to my property to troubleshoot an automatic gate issue. Friendly in person, and actually wanted to troubleshoot instead of selling me a new gate opener or a laundry list of other things . Joel spent considerable time with me and actually found the issue! We did however need additional service do to deferred maintenance on our equipment! Joel and Robert, great service

Is it possible to give 10 stars??! I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. Our gate was stuck open again so they came out at 10am today to take a look. Turns out it was a simple misalignment issue but while they were here I also asked if they could look at my garage keypad and get our doors working and of course in no time all the issues were fixed and we now have working a garage openers and keypads and gate! I love how clearly they communicate the issue along with options to fix or replace. Such great service and thank you for making my life easier!!

Honest and trustworthy. Joel and Tip-top Door Service were excellent, and I highly recommend them. I called late in the evening, and he came out within an hour. He provided multiple options for replacement, all were very reasonable. When he came on site he inspected my system, repaired it on the spot, and saved me the cost of replacing the whole thing.
