He is very professional an on time . Checks in before appointments to verify time ab confirm. He takes his job very serous an understands needs of those that don’t have transportation to and from dr appointments and that is very important quality . He is helpful I am new to using this type of service an easy lost at first but he answered all my questions I had an helped me .

Driver is very punctual every day, I have been using easy ride taxi for rides to and from work for two weeks now and haven't had any issues at all! Also he is very friendly and personable even at 6 am

After my husband crashed his car, we needed a way to get him to work for the week until we could get to a car dealership. This company checked in every day via text to confirm his ride. They were on time every day to pick him up. My husband told me the driver was very nice and the person who I was texting was as well. I definitely recommend them if you need a reliable ride!

Made arrangements for a ride from Lebanon to Boston Logan to catch a flight. Made the arrangements days in advance for a 3 am pick up. Communicated with the business to make sure I was all set. When I woke up at 2 am I checked my phone the day I was supposed to leave. Literally one hour before I needed to leave for the airport they sent a text saying they can’t drive me. No explanation, nothing. Just a “sorry I can’t drive you to the airport today.” DO NOT do business with these people. They might screw you in the end like they did with me. There are other taxi options in the area.
