On a busy December day when--im not kidding--schwabs HUNG UP on me twice, I tried this place. New to the area and unfamiliar with this shop, I asked them whether or not i should switch out my all-weather tires for my studded tires. Expecting to be sold something, it was so refreshing to have a conversation about the pros and cons instead of having something I'm not sure I even want crammed down my throat. That is why when the time comes to get new rims and tires on my other car, this place will get my business. They had some very nice rims on display in the shop. The guy who helped me also mentioned

Tired of the corporate and soulless treatment from the larger tire dealers I decided to make a change. Find a local shop and break a 20 year tradition of going to the same tired and lifeless store was my main goal. Earlier this year I achieved this. Tire Pros, it's in the name. Kind, courteous, professional and genuinely nice people work here. It's comforting to know that from here on out they will be the people I purchase my tires from. On a family road trip we got a screw in our back rear tire. all the chains had a 4-5 hour wait and we had reservations for a hotel 200 miles away. We called these guys, no wait, in and out in 20 minutes.
Quick, extremely reasonable pricing and kind. We were back on the road in no time!

I went to have a alignment done and they were too lazy to actually align the car and instead said my steering knuckle was bent or my strut which was far from true because I went to Les Schwab and they did the alignment in less than an hour and all they had to do was install a camber bolt. This is ofcourse after I bought the almost 400$ steering knuckle to replace like they said but I obviously never needed it. THIS SAYS ALOT ABOUT THEIR WORK ETHIC.

You cannot ask for a higher quality and straight forward shop. I have had Rick and his team upgrade tires and put leveling kits on two trucks in the past five years and never had problem one.

There's a good reason I buy my tires here. They always do a great job and always at a fair price. This time I brought in my Mini Cooper S which doesn't have a spare tire. The existing tires were fairly new and I had a blow out on one that could not be repaired. They do not carry the tire I needed and I certainly didn't want an oddball. They got on the phone and called around to find a replacement. I opted to change both the front tires but that was my idea and my choice, they did not try to upsell me, in fact they were sure to advise me that it wasn't really necessary. They

Hazel Dell Tire Pros was highly recommended by neighbor who runs a business. We bought a used car for our daughter that needed a pair of tires and a front vibration diagnosed. Upon arrival the staff there were friendly and helpful. They gave me an immediate quote on the tires and had them installed in less than 30 minutes wait time. As promised, they thoroughly road tested the car and diagnosed a bad CV joint. Even though I didn't have an appt, they quoted me a great price and a promise to have it fixed in a reasonable amount of time. They had it repaired even quicker than that! I

Had 2 trailer tires blow while picking up Hay this season. This beat up ol trailer is used once a year, for hay. I start calling tire shops, the local top dog wanted $165 per tire. I called HDTP and they suggested I find the tires on line, and bring them in to be installed. At the top dog's shop I would have spent $330+ Tax for two tires. I found the tires for $66 each (EBay) and HDTP installed them both for $38 and disposed of the old tires for me. Thanks to Hazel Dell Tire Pros I saved $160 in cold hard cash, my Hay trailer will be ready for next hay season and I found a new tire shop

I was quite impressed with the service. I had two nails in my tire and didn't know the area I was in. The tech and owners wife was very professional and sweet. They promised they could fix my tire without replacement and they did. They saved my day. The price was cheap and I was in and out in less that 20 min.
Sweet people I will definitely be back because it is hard to find a tire place that really cares and is not over priced.

I was a walk-in, due to a flat and they promptly assisted me despite being incredibly busy. Turns out I needed all new tires and they were able to suggest options which included; new tires/alignment immediately or a loaner tire so that I could go home and discuss with my husband. They promptly replaced my tires and did the alignment while I waited (with no appointment) in about 45 minutes. While waiting I could overhear the owner who had good relationships with regular customers (including offering a hug to a recent widow). The owner had pride in his business and integrity
