This means that dangerous concentrations of the gas can build up indoors and humans have no way to detect the problem until they become ill.

When we requested Forest to test our radon levels he responded in a short time frame. After the test was completed, there was a quick turn around on giving us the results. We had several questions and he took the time to explain the results and what they meant. We were very pleased with Forest’s professionalism.

Wow! Forest is a great inspector, he notices all the details, has a great detailed report write up, and really gives us a clear picture of the house we are working to buy. His detail is great and beyond other inspectors, gives us a lot of confidence knowing what we are getting into when buying a house! I also wanna add seeing all the positive reviews, sometimes you have to question if the person solicits to leave a good review, but Forest didn’t at all, he didn’t even mention leaving a review or anything like, give me 5 stars, so this really is just because he does a damn good job and people

Our experience with Home Doctors Home Inspections was nothing short of perfect. We put in an offer on a home sight-unseen and we wanted to make absolutely sure we had someone who had our interests in mind and would make sure everything was good to go. The service provided by Home Doctors was more than we could have asked for! The sellers had the home pre-inspected, however, we decided to have our own inspection as the buyers. Forest found expected minor issues, but also found major issues with electric, plumbing and the sump system. This led us to call in specialty inspectors in which around 40K worth of issues were found. He even helped us contact one of the specialty inspectors when we had a hard time getting through. I will, without a doubt, hire Home Doctors any time I need a general inspector. He was professional, thorough and really good

I have been through multiple home inspections the last few years, and those I hired did a fine job, but I was looking for a company who was very thorough and went above and beyond. After reading reviews I decided to hire Home Doctors to do an inspection on a property I am purchasing. I was not disappointed in my choice. Forrest, the inspector, was top notch! He was very professional and made sure I fully understood a variety of things he noted, both minor and ones that needed addressing. It's been a pleasure working with Forest from the beginning to end of the inspection process. Scheduling the inspection was easy by discussing our needs with Forest over the phone and filling out the form on his website to book it. Once at the inspection, my decision to go with Forest was affirmed by his attention to detail and his approachable personality. He found many things worth noting about the property he inspected (including multiple safety hazards, including a major electrical one that even the seller wasn't aware of), and took the time to explain it all in layman's terms
