Services
Contractors are paid 75% of whatever is billed to the customer. However Loyalty pays of so after 1st year contractors will get paid %76, and that will increase to %77 after the 2nd year working with us. Home time is up to the contractor, however most successful contractors go home every 2-3 weeks. The contractor pays for tolls, but each truck is equipped with a Pre Pass Elite Pass unit providing a 20%-50% discount depending on location.

I have worked for KIND for about 3 months now.. I have came onboard with their lease purchase program. Everything with KIND has been face value, nothing hidden. Everyone here is extremely polite and professional. I enjoy working with this company and I feel much more freedom and peace of mind rather than when I worked for a major carrier. Very friendly dispatch team that talks and makes you feel like family. Highly recommend!!!

Took me when I was at my lowest. Sam has been a great boss keeping his word from day one. They'll do their best to work with you to keep you successful and happy. Dispatch is good about finding loads and truck maintenance is not an option your equipment will stay in good shape. If you need hometime, lumper pay, cash advance you'll get it without question within minutes. Would come here all over again if I had to definitely worth the a chance.

I’ve been driving for over five years and I always thought companies are all here to rip drivers off, A year ago I started driving with Kind as a lease purchase and this is the best decision I’ve made professionally very caring support team the owners are always available, the dispatch team don’t force you to do anything they are very flexible you're treated as an important part of the team. I would recommend this in a heartbeat to any drivers.
