Abe went above and beyond to guide us through the lending process as first-time homebuyers and was sure to patiently explain our options and considerations at every step of the way. We had an aggressive closing time of 25 days but this did not phase Abe and he was able to quickly arrange and expedite the appraisals and inspections to get us into our new condo. Highly recommend!

I've been dealing with Abe for about 15 years now. I've done several refi's with him because he always gets the absolute lowest rate and his service is the BEST! In fact my last refi, Abe went and pulled some city documents about my property (with my permission) to prove it was NOT a duplex so I could get the absolute lowest rate. (I had converted my garage so my aging mom could live there). He goes above and beyond. Couldn't recommend him any higher.

We had a wonderful experience with Abe helping us to refinance our mortgage. He explained every detail and answered every small question, and helped us get what I believe is an unbelievable rate. Most of all, he made the whole process really painless. Honestly, we were in good shape before the refinance, and if it was any trouble at all, we might not have gone through with it, so I was really glad with how little work I actually needed to do in the end.
Of note, we did this all remotely as well, so there was no COVID concerns at all. All phone and email.
