Hospice contacted them about the many things we needed for our loved one and they came within hours. Jay delivered the equipment. Called to see if they could fill a prescription for a medical device I have a prescription for and they straight up told me they wouldn't bother billing for it or calling my Dr, like my insurance told me have them do, because they "just don't bill for it." Meaning they COULD but they just WOULDN'T...
Like if my insurance told me to have them call and verify the medical necessity for the device.... You would think they'd just do it and SEE if it would be covered instead of just blowing me off bc previous people didn't get it covered. I'm in my 3rd trimester and my doctor wants me to check my blood
