I am so happy I chose Pool Icons for our backyard remodel. From start to finish every step of the process was easy and the result is beautiful. Adrian and his team designed a custom backyard and took care of coordinating everything from the pool to the hardscape, fence and pergola. I contacted Pool Icons the first week of April. Richard called me and set up an appointment to come see my yard and take measurements for the design. He said he would have an initial design for me in 1-2 weeks. I even sent pictures of ideas we liked. On April 22nd he said the design would be ready by the next day. I never heard back. I texted him on April 27th and again on the 29th and did not receive a response. Its now mid may and I still haven't heard from him. It would have been nice if they could have at least told me why they didn't want to proceed with my project.

Leo and Miguel from the Chino Hills office were amazing. Any questions we had were met with a quick response. They made sure we were satisfied before moving onto the next phase. Leo was accommodating with any changes we made along the way and provided us with quotes and different options. They have a huge selection of tile and coping at no additional cost. Picking out everything was definitely the hard part. Donald is the best pool contractor you could ask for. We went from demolition/digging to filling our new pool and spa in less than 8 weeks. The results were outstanding. They use the top of the line pool equipment, expensive finishes, and great crews who are friendly and do fantastic work.
I've recommended them to several friends and clients who have seen the pool. Everybody who comes by to see our new backyard is amazed at how well everything turned out. Moreover, they are shocked at the reasonable price we paid for everything.

We are very pleased with our backyard remodel! From the beginning of the process until the day we fired up the jacuzzi, Adrian and Ruben were extremely responsive, patient and professional. They were open to feedback and always very responsive. I could text them at any time and they would respond.

We are extremely pleased with Pool Icons. Our pool turned out amazing!!! From the first time we met Wes, he was always very pleasant to work with, always available to answer questions over text messages and phone calls. He took his time with us during our consultation and was able to design our dream pool according to our budget. He gave us an 8 week estimation from start to finish, but his team pulled it of in 5 weeks!!!! We highly recommend Pool Icons, ask for Wes when you make an appointment. We had estimates from 5 different companies and I must say, we are very happy that we went with Pool Icons Temecula. The process from start to finish was great. Wes took the ideas of our design and ran with them. We were very impressed with the design that Wes came up with. He adjusted everything to our budget and didn't try to up sell us on everything like some of the other builders out there. Our pool is complete, and the landscape will be done soon. We recently got our above ground pool replaced with a with a new pool with Pool Icons. Edgar was our contact and from the beginning we had a great experience with him. He sent us great 3D designs about the project. He was able to understand 100% what we wanted in our pool. We got our inspiration from a resort we had stayed at and they were able to translate that concept to our pool. Their timing was good. Edgar was very responsive to all the requests that we had.
