Our septic system has been in place and working well for decades. Recently we had a sewer backup due to a water main leak. Dustin sorted out the problem and pumped the tank then installed a manhole for easier access. Very happy with the result, the service and the followthrough. Highly recommend.

I'm in the midst of having a new septic system put in place, so it's ongoing, but the experience with Sophie and Lauren in the front office and Keith, the inspector, has been tremendous. Sophie and Lauren have been first-rate, very helpful and accommodating, and Keith, who inspected the entire current system, worked with unusual care and respect and answered my questions thoughtfully and with patience. I'm under some time pressure to get all this work completed, and everyone in the company seems willing to try to accommodate my needs in a flexible, cheerful manner. I highly recommend this company

I originally called Priority Pumping to do an inspection on my septic system to sell our home. Unfortunately, during the inspection we found out that the inspector that did the inspection 3 yrs earlier when we bought the home was a liar and passed the septic system when and shouldn't have, because it was corroded and coming apart. But Priority Pumping showed us what they found and then worked with us to get it replaced and completed within 3 weeks so we could complete the sale of our house on time. From the owner, Tanya to Dusty, the gentleman that did the entire install. Everyone was very professional

Priority Pumping did an outstanding job removing a clog from a sewer line and servicing my Septic System. They were outstanding from the initial contact through completion of the service. Communications were great, and the quoted me a fair price and stuck to the quote even though some additional work was completed.
