We are in the midst of making some business decisions which will phase out Party cakes, putting all of our energies into weddings. I know this is very disappointing to many of my customers. However, juggling both types of detailed work is more than I can to handle at this stage of my business. Moving forward, I will be embracing the challenges of weddings only.

A consultation is part of the planning process to insure that we have an opportunity to meet with you and discuss cake design concepts, dress colors, reception atmosphere and floral decor.
Working with people from ALL walks of life I encounter a lot of confusion regarding cake terminology, and rightfully so. Each Cakery seems to have their own method, format, and assembly of cakes. I hope to help you understand the difference between our SHEET, LAYER and TIERED CAKES, as well as, how they are most beneficial to your event or celebration.

When we started planning our wedding we thought we would do a dessert other than cake. After tasting Rosie's cake though, we were so blown away by the perfect texture and incredible flavors that we immediately changed our plans. No other cake we sampled even came close to tasting as good as hers, nor as perfectly balanced with their flavors. We were able to have two cake flavors for guests to choose from; the mocha chocolate with kahlua filling as the main cake on display, and a vanilla cake with lemon and raspberry filling. Rosie was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was extremely responsive through calls and emails, and the in-person consultation set our mind at ease. Our wedding cake looked so beautiful, and tasted even better. For her time and effort, I think Rosie is very affordable and accommodating. Worth every penny!

We had a vision for our cake and Rosie was more than able to make it happen. We wanted delicate, white, with space for greenery. She was able to give us advice during the tasting to how she could make it look the way we wanted.
Now onto the sweet stuff: The cake was TO DIE FOR. During the tasting, she allowed us to try so many different combinations of cake flavors, fillings, ganache and icings. It wasn’t just like any other cake.. it was THE cake that I will continue to crave, recommend and plan to order for the rest of my events. We ended up going with the traditional white and raspberry filling

Rosie was the first and only cake baker I met with and with good reason! Throughout the entire process she was organized and extremely responsive. She was flexible with all of the changes/additions I made & she was very gracious and welcomed my grandma, parents, and fiance into her bakery for the tasting. The day of the wedding I was in awe with how beautiful the cake was. It was so beautiful I didn't want to eat it!! But of course, I did and it tasted just as amazing as it looked. We chose the black raspberry chambord filling with the bridal white cake and Rosie beautifully decorated our cake

Rosie’s was the icing on our incredible day! The cake truly was the one we thought about having for our dream wedding, a multi later cake that presented beautifully. after the tasting, we couldn’t wait for the actual wedding day so we could have another bite of that delicious cake. We also had gluten free guests and Rosie’s worked with us to have a wonderful gluten free cake option as well.
