I’ve booked a couple trips through Karen now and each one has been wonderful. She is extremely thorough and the knowledge she has is unbelievable and amazing. She goes through every step of your travels with you. There will never be any surprises, you know exactly what to expect. She’s also extremely accommodating, staying past her normal hours so she could accommodate our work schedules. She’s unbelievably prompt and replied to any emails we sent her, even while we were already on our trip. I would recommend her a 1000 times over to any of my friends and family. Ended up using someone else for our trip to Europe. We tried really hard to use Karen and Sea the World. We were told we had to come in for a meeting for a trip to Europe, so we did. After, we never received any quotes and after several phone calls and emails, just gave up. It’s a shame because we used Sea the World once before and booked a trip so we were hoping to be able to give them our business again. After this experience, and complete lack of customer service, we won’t be back. We’ll be using a different agent from now on - one that returns phone calls and emails.
