Trying to pick up a "too good to be true" deal on Black Friday can be daunting with so many websites showing good deals, but with many having utterly poor service that can result in a lot of issues and/or loss of money. The Sound X Perience is definitely not one of those sites.

I have mixed feelings. Bought speakers and the services was great. Received as promised. Decided to upgrade on the speakers and they agreed that they will collect and deliver after I paid the difference in price. I made the payment last week and was told that the couriers will contact me. It is now four days days later and heard nothing since. Not from the couriers nor Sound x Perience. The deal was that the speakers will be collected from me and once they've received it they will send the upgrade to me. Boxed my speakers, so I am without speakers. Tried to contact Sound X Perience today via phone

The service was excellent and the item arrived in 2 days even though it had an ETA for 3-5 days.
