A place is more than just the shape of its terrain, the materials, textures, and colors that blend together to create its landscape. A place is also the stories it has to tell and the stories it helps create. It is my goal to deepen the connection people have to the land and with each other through the design process.

I strive to contribute to the creation of stunning gardens and landscapes that provide year round enjoyment and wonder season after season. When I am not in my office I am often on the trails of the Siskiyou Mountains enjoying the wild spaces Southern Oregon has to offer.

Design is a process. We work collaboratively with you to actualize your vision and bring your landscape to life. Two Oaks Studio believes that each project is unique whether it is a large site or a small garden. We also believe that our relationships are important. Not only the relationships we have with our clients, but the relationships we have with the land.
This home located near Sunny Grants Pass got a make over and needed a new landscape entryway and patio to match. The project included a water feature, custom stairs, a planter seating wall, retaining wall, and small patio. The planting design incorporates a variety of seasonal flowers and decorative grasses as well as native shrubs.
This proposed mixed use development project in Medford, OR required a riparian restoration plan as part of the development. The restoration plan increased both shade for the creek as well as providing food and structured bird habitat. A diverse plant palette provides for year round color to the development.
This elementary school recently underwent several upgrades to the facility. The project included new storm water features, new entryway plantings, and a native pollinator garden. In addition to planting design, Two Oaks Studio also wrote the project master specifications for the landscape improvements.
This proposed multi-use project located near the summit will provide a gathering place for both locals and visitors. The site master plan includes a BMX track, bleacher seating, outdoor picnic area, nature play play ground, and a small trail network. Due to the sensitive nature of the alpine environment all regionally native plants were used.
