When I found Dr. Crosby nearly 20 years ago, he explained to me the importance of my bite and how my teeth fit together; you see, as a child, I was a grinder and managed to crack all of my molars! Now in my 60's, using the latest precision technology, Dr. Crosby, corrected my bite and my grinding stopped! He also corrected a tooth that affected my smile, and now I love my smile. I had a dental emergency. Not a patient. Dr Crosby was able to get me in quickly. He reviewed the different options with me. He discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the options and I made the choice. He was able to do the initial visit, x-rays, and procedures the same day. I have sensitivities towards the pain medications. He provided a great alternative.

Couldn’t recommend Dr Crosby and his staff more. We are new-ish to anchorage and my wife and I have both seen him. Both of us for cleanings and some more major work for me. Cleanings were a breeze, it is a high tech office so don’t be worried about a lot of manual hand tools scraping against your teeth…it’s painless and actually enjoyable. I have a lot of apprehension about going to dentist due to some traumatic injuries in the past. I had to get a 3 tooth bridge today due to my temporary flipper breaking. Again, super high tech! Getting the local anesthetic is often the worst part, instead

Whether it is your first visit or your 20th, everyone is welcoming and makes you their primary focus while you are there. I was in for a difficult tooth issue and couldn’t have received better care. Where do I start! Dr. Richard Crosby and his staff are amazing professionals who exceed anyones expectations. They provide top notch services from the moment you walk into the office. The transformation that I experienced from the moment I went in for a consultation to getting my smile transformed was nothing short of amazing. We live in Rural Alaska, which makes getting extensive dental treatment a bit of a challenge. Dr. Crosby, Eva, and the rest of their team have been very accommodating, keeping us informed about how many visits the dental plan would take, working with us to get the best travel schedule and appointment dates, and best of all, delivering a quality product. My husband's smile is more beautiful than the first day I met him. When I went to see Dr. Crosby, a neuromuscular dentist, the beautiful smile I had from braces when I was younger was gone. My teeth had started shifting, I had a huge gap in my top front teeth and my bite was off causing small chips in my other teeth that needed constant repair. I hated how I looked. I was self conscious, started covering my mouth when I laughed and refused to let anyone take my picture. It affected my whole psyche. Dr. Crosby used amazing technology, artistry and specialized knowledge of how the jaw joint, muscles and teeth position work together to diagnose the underlying causes

I have horrible anxiety about the dentist and hadn't been in over 5 years. Dr. Crosby and his entire office were so gentle and kind and worked with me to lessen my anxiety every step of the way. I ended up needed quite a bit of work done but they again were very understanding and patient through the whole planning process - they answered every one of my many questions, some several times over until I was comfortable with both my choices and the step-by-step process. They even were able to have me sedated for the main procedure and the anesthesiologist was so great! They are an incredibly close

I've been with Dr. Crosby since I was 17. He treated me with Invisalign and gave me a perfect smile. Years later, I stopped wearing my retainer, like any busy person would. I was crowned Miss Alaska USA 2018 and I knew I was going to be doing numerous photoshoots throughout the year. He was able to contour the front of my smile and add some bonding resin to reshape some teeth to my idea of perfect. And has given me numerous whitening trays.
