I bought my first house with a pool a little over a year ago. I have to say there were many surprises for as a newbie pool owner. My water started to green and there were other issues. Richard is quite a pro in his business. He updates you on the condition of your pool via email on weekly basis. Just after 2 weeks, my pool is back in the condition like it was first built. Highly satisfied and highly recommended.
