I was totally impressed and happy with the miracle they worked on my old hardwood floors. The price was very fair and the service was exceptional. I had DC floors come in to refinish my floors. Against my contractors advice as he wanted to use his own guys. I wanted to try to help some local businesses so I went with DC floors. Seemed like a good company and Tony was responsive and helpful in explaining. However when it came to actually doing the work his partner Ed showed up and that's when things got bad. We had already worked out a quote for the job however 2 days into the work Ed requested another 4400$ that he wanted in the middle of the job, I told him that's way to much so he came down to 3800$ which was on top of the already quoted

DC floors is responsive, reliable, and cost effective. They sealed and finished my hard woods floors on my small condo. They worked with my schedule and completed the job in one day. They repaired a section of my floor which was a bit warped for no extra charge. Can't say enough about these guys. They were great and there's a reason they've been in business for so many years!

I recently renovated my house and considered replacing my old wood floors because the wood look awful, but decided to call DC Floors to come out to give me some advise on what to do. Tony and Eddie were really great in working with me and they suggest I refinish the old ones and they gave me a reasonable price to get it done! Eddie brought out different samples colors of stain for me to choose from, and he said they could sand them and make them like new again and explain thoroughly what type of wood I had and what stains would be best for the wood, so thou I was somewhat reluctant, I picked one

We needed a new hall and living room floor. A friend recommended DC Floors. We made an appointment and received a very good price and scheduled the work. They arrived on time. The removal and installation of the flooring went without a hitch. The work was completed in two days as promised. Both John and Eddy, the two owners, came by and made sure that we were pleased with the work.

I had these guys refinish the hardwood floors in my house. The stain looked fine (minus a few missed spots which they corrected after I pointed it out). The issue was in the prep work. The two men sanded grooves and ruts throughout the floor, along the edges of the trim (which they should have removed), and in spots where the wood meets tile. Another contractor later confirmed that this is unacceptable. A proper sander knows not to add pressure unevenly. Two-thousand dollars later, I cringe each time the light catches the mistakes in my once gorgeous floors. I should have left it alone.
