Services
Michelle had been working with Dr. Nisco since 1995. Michelle is our new patient Treatment Coordinator; her attention to detail makes her a core member of our team. While away from the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their two sons, Connor, and Cantor. Their family loves relaxing in their boat together and going for long dirt-bike rides.

Many orthodontists offer an initial consultation for free. This allows you to find out what type of treatment is recommended for your particular situation and what the cost will be, get your questions answered, and get to know your orthodontist. At Dr. Nisco's office, our consultation is complimentary!
As a matter of convenience to patients, Dr. Philip Nisco also offers an automatic draft from checking accounts or credit cards. We will review all the fees associated with treatment and the financial options available during your complimentary orthodontic consultation. It is our goal to provide the highest quality of orthodontic treatment that is affordable to you and your family!
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that most children should have an orthodontic screening by age 7. This allows Dr. Phillip Nisco to determine if orthodontic treatment will be required and the best time for the patient to be treated. Many of the dentists in our community have been trained to identify orthodontic problems early, and may refer you to our office earlier than age 7.

I absolutely adore Dr. Nisco and his amazingly wonderful, kind, and caring staff. I was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate and knew from a very early age that I would need braces and even jaw surgery in my later years. Well, about eight years ago (I was about 14 years old, I am 23 now), I found Dr. Nisco and the rest was history! The staff is literally the BEST staff I have ever had the pleasure of knowing (and I have A LOT of experience with doctors and medical staff). If you're reading this review, you are looking for an orthodontist. Well, look no further...you've found the best! Besides being great at what he does, he is friendly and never rushes to get to the next patient. He takes his time, ensuring your needs have been met and your questions answered. I wore invisaligners instead of regular braces and couldn't be happier with the results. His staff is friendly and professional too.

I'm a patient of Dr. Nisco's at his Fountain Valley office and I can say with every ounce of my being that this man and his team work magic. Having braces in my mid-twenties has been an interesting experience, and then having jaw surgery on top of that was an even MORE interesting experience. Dr. Nisco has made everything from the beginning go as smooth as could be. It's been about 5 months since getting my braces off and the results are incredible. We were referred to Dr. Nisco by our pediatric dentist Dr. Mungo. My daughter has Down syndrome, and we were worried how getting her braces would work, how would she tolerate this!! Right from the start Dr. Nisco assured us they would go as slowly as our daughter needed us to! That helped calm our nerves, and the wonderful kind, friendly staff helped calm our daughter! Everything has gone well, she does better than we had dreamed at her appointments! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Nisco!!

My son had an emergency issue with his braces. Dr. Nisco's staff quickly responded to my text messages and the next thing I knew we were in their clinic getting the issue taken care of. The staff were so courteous and friendly, it was top notch service. The clinic in Lake Arrowhead Village is state of the art with the latest technology. If I could give 6 stars to these folks I would.

I just recently moved to Crestline from Texas and my bottom permanent retainer popped off on one side because the glue cracked. I came to him and told him my situation and he glued it right back on for me. He suggested a few alternative methods such as a plastic retainer and such but did not pressure me to do anything I didn't want to do. His staff was very helpful and personable as well as Dr. Nisco. After meeting him, he spoke to me like he had known me and been taking care of my teeth for years. He also had some great music playing in his office which lightened the mood. Overall, fantastic

Doctor Nisco and his team changed my life! As a college student overseas I thought that fixing my teeth was an impossible task. As a 20 year old the last thing I wanted to do was wear braces again (I had braces previously with a different orthodontist) if I could avoid it. Dr. Nisco’s solution for my teeth did not involve braces, but instead plastic aligners.
