Additionally, we make sure that our associates are equipped to handle any situation that may arise and are staying proactive so no surprises come your way.
Drayage shipping is defined by the transportation of containers not attached to a chassis. The container is transported via truck and usually arrives at a port or railyard. Drayage containers are crane lifted onto a chassis which are then attached to trucks and delivered. Drayage delivery is typically made within 100 miles of the port/railyard to maintain savings.
Drop Trailer shipping is when an entire trailer is dropped off at the shipper or receiver facility which can then be unloaded later. With a drop trailer program, the carrier typically owns the trailer but not always. The trailers are sometimes owned by the shipper or a third party. There is a lot of collaboration required in this mode to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone.
Dry Van shipping is what most people think of when they think of shipping. It is the most common mode in logistics management, if you see a semi-truck on the road chances are it is pulling a dry van trailer. The term 'dry van' comes from the fact that the trailer keeps the goods inside dry and protected from the elements such as rain or road debris.
Expedited shipping is used when your freight needs to be prioritized and delivered immediately. These specialty services are typically reserved for when you absolutely need to get something from point A to point B as soon as possible. Brokers are at an advantage with expedited shipping due to the fact that they have access to trucks located where your freight is right now.

Moved a flatbed Load for Zach from Becker to Tennessee last week. The load was super easy and went very smooth, but Zach added the touch that he truly cared. Not a lot of brokers tell drivers to drive safe nowadays and tell us they look forward to talking to them in the morning. Would move freight for them anyday

The whole Pepsi team is horrible, these guys don’t care for you the carrier, they don’t care about Pepsi either all they want is that load to leave the dock, what happens after they don’t care nor will they answer emails or phone calls, stay away from them do not book freight with them! Poor customer service, horrible communications from everyone there!

Too bad company. Got a load from them from CO to TX. The broker Josiah Koth told me that we can go to facility as FCFS, but the shipper approve that it was appointment. NO RESPONSE from the broker and office. Was trying to call,sending an email - nothing. Now we stuck at the receiver, trying to get any info still, no call answer just ignoring an emails. Never work with them if you wont get a mess load.
