We had the best experience possible at Braman Mortuary. The facility is nice (though the lobby furnishings could use some updating) and we liked that we had the entire place to ourselves for the day so we didn’t encounter other funerals/strangers. What really put Braman above the rest though, was our funeral director, Ryan. From planning to execution, Ryan ensured that everything was exactly as we wanted for my Dad’s funeral. He was patient, kind and professional; exactly what you want during sad and stressful times. We are very thankful he was there for us.

Very clean. And the staff was just AMAZING!! Wow!! We didn't get some pics to them in time and got them uploaded and the manager had went home already but she made it happen. And it made our grandma so happy in a time that was painful.
The staff were continuously making sure all was well and bringing in flowers as they were delivered and making the place great.
Thank you for all you did in a time that hurts. We appreciate it!!

I watched your commercial and it is disturbing that you think you are better than other business types (ie. automotive). I looked at your reviews and then looked at the local dealership reviews and think you may want to take a long hard look at how you do business. It appears that people favor dealership service over yours. You should be ashamed of putting out such garbage as it opens you up to unnecessary scrutiny.

This mortuary is amazing. They made sure to make a very sad and difficult time for my girls, myself, and the rest of our family and friends less hectic and they planned everything at a time when all I could do was stand and stare at my husband. They worked closely afterwards to make sure we had the memorial necklaces with my husbands ashes in it to wear so we always had a piece of Daddy with us. My necklace messed up and they were on top of getting a replacement and getting it into my hands as well as working with me and my inability to go back there afterwards seem not so embarrassing. My father was cremated here on Sunday, March 19th, 2017. I appreciated the great amount of respect the employees showed toward me and my family.
BUT, here is where I'm furious. My father could not fit into the entire wooden chest that was purchased for him. We were told there were "leftovers". We then decided to split up the leftovers evenly among some of the family. My father's mother (grandma) would get some, my uncles would get some, and his kid (me and my sister) would get some.
The way they treated the leftovers was completely disrespectful. They package the remains in a PLASTIC SEE-THROUGH
