We started this journey in 2001 as motorcycle enthusiasts. We would often stop by dealers and there was no customer service. This is when we started to think, if we open a dealership, treat people right, and give them the customer service they are looking for, it would be a no-brainer. We prayed for two years before opening the doors that God's will be done and He would show us the way.

When you deal long distance for service on boats, airplanes or anything, the results usually don't turn out like you hoped. Crossroads Yamaha is the exception to this rule. I purchased a 2022 polaris sportsman 570 trail back in August of this year. I guess just a sign of the times we now live in, I finally got my four wheeler yesterday and It was well worth the wait. I am I would say a pretty impatient person but Darla and all the other staff out at Crossroads were very understanding and always called and kept me in the loop. I knew it wasn’t there fault with the shipping delays but they always kept me informed about what was going on. I sensed a family atmosphere out there. I would definitely recommend anyone to head out to Crossroads !! Thank you guys and I will

The Worst customer service ever. The salesmen Travis took my credit app received a approval called me with the approval. Then sold the unit from under me. Never ask for a deposit and told me they could hold the utv for 2 weeks until I make the 6 hour drive to pickup.Very angry this morning. This place is a joke please don't waste you time and steer clear from Travis

Not a fan. I went to look at a $28k side by side. The salesman was friendly and helpful to the best he could. They wouldn't move on the price the least little bit. But he did offer me $20 off a turn signal kit. I had my trailer and was ready to buy, but they weren't about that sale. Waste of my time.

I would like to take the time thank the staff at Crossroads, for an excellent experience. I saw the Suzuki GSX-S750 on their website. I sent them a text to make sure it was available, and put my down payment on the bike. I arrived Saturday morning at 10 am, they had my paper work ready, the bike washed and full of gas. The whole process didn’t take over 30 minutes and I was off on my new Suzuki. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Very bad customer service. No one knew service prices besides Jordon the manager and he was reluctant to give me prices on services until I complained. Then he told me that a diagnostic system check at 600miles service fee would be 150$ and the fuel syncrinasation check would be 200$. Thats 350$ for 2 checks that i cannot do myself at 600miles. Other places do all of this and change the oil for 150$. I wont go back, (update) Ride Now bike shop just gave me a quote. They knew exactly what I needed and told me it would cost 70$. 70$ vs 350$?

Best dealer I have worked with ever, extremely fair pricing and excellent communication. I called around to numerous dealers when looking to buy a new bike, they had the best offer and were very transparent about availability (other similar dealers were not as candid about actual availability and are taking pre-orders on bikes knowing full well they could not deliver until up to 6 months later.) On the day of pickup, I was in and out in 20 minutes - handed the title and they helped me load up. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and will recommend to friends looking for Suzuki/Yamaha

Made an inquiry online about a new 2018 Suzuki SV650 on a Saturday. I was contacted by Carmen on Monday the moment they opened. I inquired about the motorcycle as well as a final price. Now keep in mind, I am one of those that want to get the best bang for the buck. I had inquired at the following locations:

Made one phone call, spoke to Jason. A very direct question I posed and a very direct answer I received.
